Smith brings nearly a decade of experience in personal injury litigation and a history of securing justice for his clients.
Smith specializes in representing victims of complex personal injury cases. He joins from one of the nation’s largest personal injury firms, where he secured more than $40 million in settlements and frequently tried cases in state and federal courts. Earlier in his career, Smith defended insurance carriers and trucking companies, gaining valuable insights into how those entities evaluate and fight claims.
Smith is an EAGLE member of the Florida Justice Association. He earned his B.A. in history from the University of South Florida and his J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law, graduating cum laude from both institutions.
